In November 2014, INPROCON was commissioned with taking on the technical office with a management role. This role comprised: design coordination, cost controlling, schedule controlling, coordination of subcontractors, etc.

The project was successfully completed by INPROCON.

Project:

The project comprises the construction of two hydroelectric power plants with a total capacity of approx. 531 MW: Alfalfal II and Las Lajas, approx. 50 km southeast of the Chilean capital Santiago in the high Rio Maipo basin. Scope of work: tunnels and shafts with a total length of 46.5 km, excavated as an open construction or by blasting as well as drilling using tunnel boring machines.
