In December 2007 INPROCON was commissioned to undertake a project evaluation on the financial and construction operations status of the project. INPROCON GmbH provided support with the preparation and finalization of outstanding claims and with implementation of the project.

The results of the project evaluation were presented and passed to operational management for further implementation. Comprehensive documentation is available. The outstanding claims were brought to completion in negotiations with all the parties involved.

Project:

The project involves carrying out structural work for a business complex over six storeys with two high rise apartment blocks of 21 and 25 floors in Dubai. The expansion work was awarded to another construction company.
