Bavaria towers, Munich

Project consulting:

In July 2017, INPROCON was commissioned to execute Project Management Services for 2 buildings of the “Bavaria Towers” - Project in Munich consisting in total of 4 towers. The services of INPROCON cover project and construction management of the entire MEP-Works (e.g. verification of execution design, sub-contractors management,, coordination towards Beneficiary), further preparation and management of project variations and the overall time scheduling (e.g. preparation of schedules, determination of work progress, compilation of deviation analysis, etc.).

Project:

The project “Bavaria Towers” in Munich consists of 4 Towers. 3 of them will be used as offices, one as a hotel. The tallest (approx. 83 m), called “Sky Tower” contains approx.  26.000 m² of gross floor area and 20 floors. The “Blue Tower”, approx. 72 m in height, consists of 18 floors and is having a capacity of 24.000 m² of gross floor area. The smallest object in this ensemble is called “Star Tower” (approx. 46 m),
9 floors and a gross floor area of approx. 12.000 m². The 4th tower is named “White Tower”. Its metallic facade offers a visual contrast to the glass facade of the other 3 towers. A Hyperion business superior hotel will be opened by H-Hotel AG Group in this tower with a capacity of 345 rooms and panorama suites. The “White Tower” (approx. 53 m) enacts 15 floors and a gross floor area of approx. 15.000 m².
