Quality Management

Quality management refers to all organizational measures which serve to improve process quality and thus product quality. There are various quality management norms, e.g. ISO 9001, for quality assurance. A company can go through a certification process and, after passing an external audit, will receive a certificate as per ISO 9001 through independent certification authorities.
