Claim Management
Claim management is the monitoring and assessment of deviations and/or changes and their economic consequences for the purpose of ascertaining and asserting claims. The aim is to mutually clarify incidents with the client which arise in the course of the project in terms of their commercial consequences which are unforeseeable at the time the contract is concluded.
