In June 2012 BSInprocon was commissioned as the EPCM consultant to assume the coordination of planning, bid processing, project management and construction supervision. This also included quality management, scheduling, budget and risk control.

The project was concluded by INPROCON. The results and elaborations were made available to the client.

Project:

Volkswagen plans to expand its production capacities in China by building a new production plant in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA) over an area of 424,000 m². Several different automatic transmission models are produced in the new factory building, which was built in four phases. The DQ-360 project has a gross floor space of approx. 66,000 m², including approx. 2,000 m² of office space and approx. 3,000 m² for canteen and kitchen.
