In December 2007 INPROCON was commissioned to undertake a project evaluation on the financial and construction operations status of the project. INPROCON GmbH provided support with the preparation and finalization of outstanding claims and with handling unfinished tasks.

The results of the project evaluation have been presented. Comprehensive documentation is available. The outstanding claims were brought to completion in negotiations with all the parties involved.

The scope of performance included turnkey creation of 96 villas in Dubai on four different plots of land with three leisure facilities and four transformer stations.
