Temporary Visa Section German Embassy, Addis Ababa

Project consulting:

In December 2015, INPROCON was commissioned to supervise the construction of a temporary visa section building on the compound of the German embassy in Addis Ababa including adjacent infrastructure and utility works. The scope of services provided by INPROCON comprises the project management for the entire project.

The project is currently under execution.

Project:

The project encompassed various supervision measures on the German embassy school grounds in Addis Ababa. These measures comprised coordination of design work, preparation of the schedule, tendering and awarding orders, contract fulfillment monitoring, construction supervision, construction progress control, quality control and documentation of work.
