Stobäusplatz, Regensburg

In April 2018, INPROCON was commissioned to execute Site Management Works for the structural- as well the finishing works on the new construction site at „Stobäusplatz“ in Regensburg, Germany. The scope of services of INPROCON comprises Site- and Construction Management which include, among others, verification of detailed execution design, job preparations services, subcontractors management, progress monitoring, time scheduling, QA/QC supervision, technical control of billing statements, claim management, etc.

Project:

On a land plot of approx. 3.500 m² a new residential and commercial complex including 87 apartments on 5 floors and a 2 level underground parking, as well as business premises on the ground floor is being built in the city of Regensburg, Germany

The complex is built in in-situ concrete. Balconies, staircases and some walls consist of precast concrete modules, partly in high quality of exposed concrete surfaces.
