Residential District "Barwa City", Doha

In January 2011 INPROCON was commissioned to perform an evaluation for the claims already elaborated and prepared for the “Barwa City” project, the construction of a new residential district in Doha.

The project was concluded by INPROCON. The results and elaborations were made available to the client.

Project:

The project encompasses the complete infrastructure and the turnkey construction of 128 building with around 6,000 residential units for approx. 20,000 residents in Doha, Qatar. The residential units averaging 120 m² in size are fully air-conditioned and well insulated.
