In December 2007 INPROCON was commissioned to undertake a project evaluation on the financial and construction operations status of the project. INPROCON GmbH provided support with the preparation and finalization of outstanding claims and with implementation of the project.

The results of the project evaluation were presented and passed to operational management for further implementation. Comprehensive documentation is available. The outstanding claims were brought to completion with all the parties involved.

Project:

The project encompasses execution of the construction work for a 6-story car park in reinforced concrete with precast segmental construction. The scope of performance includes the outdoor installations, such as roads and green spaces, as well as the payment points and complete development of the car park.
