Project consulting:

In July 2007 INPROCON was commissioned by the German partner of the construction joint venture with an independent performance forecast for the completion of the project, assessment of the potential claims and equipment sales revenues and evaluation of possible additional income from goods and services.

The results were presented to the our client's management and passed to operational management for further implementation. Comprehensive documentation is available. The project has been completed.

Project:

In the center of Algiers, a 4.7 km long section of metro connects the Hamma and Cité Amirouche districts of the city. The overall project includes a 4.1 km long inner-city tunnel with shotcrete and subsequent concrete lining, four railway stations constructed using a cut-and-cover method as well as 16 ventilation structures.
