Project consulting:

In 2014, INPROCON was commissioned with project management. This included preparation of technical and commercial tenders for the General Contractor as well as the coordination of tender preparation and design preparation plus the preparation of the main contract and documents for the use of subcontractors.

The General Contractor’s proposal was submitted to the client. The project was completed on the part of INPROCON.

Project:

Reconstruction of the Ashaghy Caravanserai architectural monument, dating back to the 18th to 19th centuries, as part of a four-star hotel. This architectural monument is located in the Yukhary Bash Reserve of History and Architecture in the City of Sheki in Azerbaijan.
