GTL Shell, Ras Laffan

Project consulting:

In February 2009 INPROCON was commissioned to assess the status of the GTL-Shell project in Ras Laffan, Qatar, to coordinate the ongoing work, and to document all details. Furthermore, INPROCON supported the execution phase and took over the entire contact management.

The results of the project evaluation were presented to the management.

The project consists of the turnkey construction of various building works (substation, HVAC building, central control room, plant office building, warehouse, prayer building, canteen etc.) in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
