In January 2013, INPROCON was entrusted with supervising the construction projects for the expansion of a kindergarten and the German embassy school.

The project was successfully concluded.

The project encompassed various construction supervision functions on the German embassy school grounds in Addis Ababa. This comprised coordination of design work, preparation of the schedule, tendering and support in awarding orders, contract fulfillment monitoring, construction supervision, construction progress control, quality control and documentation of work.
