In January 2009 INPROCON GmbH was commissioned by a German logistics company to prepare an assessment of potential claims. Furthermore, INPROCON was commissioned to make recommendations concerning claims enforcement against the client's consortium partner.

The results of the findings were presented, documentation is available.
