Cement Production Facility, Galle

Project consulting:

In February 2014, INPROCON was commissioned to support local construction management regarding contract management, scheduling and review of the building design. In addition, INPROCON was entrusted with asserting a comprehensive claim. The object of this claim was faulty civil engineering and design work on the part of the contractor, which had led to construction delays and disruptions.

The project was completed on the part of INPROCON. The results and elaborations were handed over to the client.

The project comprised the expansion of an existing cement grinding plant, including a building for the roller press, in Galle in the southwest of Sri Lanka.
