In April 2008 INPROCON was commissioned with supporting the execution phase as well as preparing the project issues. Furthermore, INPROCON undertook a project evaluation such that the finishing work could largely be finished on schedule and the organizational structure could be tailored to the project requirements.

The project evaluation was presented to the management and discussed with operational project management for implementation. INPROCON GmbH has concluded the project.

Project:

The project involves turnkey construction of seven high-rise apartment blocks in Bucharest, Romania between 17 and 25 floors high and a two-storey podium as well as underground car parks and all outside facilities.
