In September 2008 INPROCON was commissioned by the implementing general contractor to produce independent restructuring of the construction process, assessment of the potential claims and equipment sales revenues and evaluation of possible additional income from goods and services.

The results were presented to the our clientʼs management and passed to operational management for further implementation. Comprehensive documentation is available.

Project:

A 130,000 m² shopping mall was erected in the center of Ras al Khaimah, U.A.E. The complete project encompasses construction of the building shell and the interior structure, incl. 1,200 parking spaces as a design-built order.
