School Campus Westend, Frankfurt

In November 2017, INPROCON was assigned for the advanced calculation of costs for a school in Frankfurt in a modular wood construction. Quantity survey and a detailed cost calculation followed cost types according to DIN 276 was executed on the basis of the actual conceptual design.

Project:

Due to the limited construction time available and the temporary charter of the building, the building’s construction consists of a modular wooden structure. The school includes an Elementary School and a High school over three floors. In addition, there is a canteen and administrative rooms in each building.
