In March 2014, INPROCON was commissioned to prepare a Due Diligence Study and Monthly Review Reports. These reports included general inspection of the status of the project, monitoring of payments, cash flow and forecast to completion, identification of critical activities of the scope of works for achievement of completion within the time for completion, review of claim opportunities and general advice and support to project management team.

The project was completed by INPROCON.
