Project consulting:

In April 2011 INPROCON was commissioned with taking over project management and particularly completion of construction activities for 13 university complexes within the UCBP project in Ethiopia.

The results were presented to the client and passed to operational management for further implementation. Comprehensive documentation is available. The project has been concluded.
