Saadiyat Bridge, Abu Dhabi
In August 2007 INPROCON was commissioned to review the changed scope of work as well as evaluate the submitted claims for the piling works.
The results of the findings have been presented. Comprehensive documentation is available. The order was successfully concluded.
The 1.5 km long bridge in Abu Dhabi with an area of approx. 80,000 m² and a maximum water clearance of 35 m is designed for road and rail traffic. It was constructed using the free-cantilever, incremental launching and falsework building methods. The abutments, foundation piles, bridge piers and the prestressed superstructure are produced from concrete.
