Cost-Control / Controlling
In construction project management, controlling is a main element for steering projects. Controlling involves compiling and regularly analyzing the main technical and commercial reports of a project in progress which are created by the individual divisions. Within the scope of comparing the original project specifications (target/actual comparison) with the actual state achieved, deviations are detected, analyzed and any necessary action taken for steering the project. Major deviations are worked into the project on an ongoing basis. This makes it possible to reevaluate the project with modified target specifications at project conclusion.
INPROCON has years of experience in completing complex international construction projects. Deviations from the original target specifications are often the rule. Our consultants are able to integrate themselves fast, even in complex projects. Our controlling puts us in a position to provide support for important strategic business decisions and in this way make a major contribution to bringing projects to successful conclusion.
